Soft Sound Sessions After Hours is an intimate weekly evening experience designed to help our community reset their energy, decompress, reflect, and move through the rest of the week with more ease and intention. Each Wednesday will feature rotating wellness hosts offering experiences rooted in sound, restoration, reflection, and care.
This Session: Ari and Staci of Bathing in Sounds
Bathing in Sounds is a sacred sound bath experience created with intention by Ari and Staci. Guided by presence, care, and a shared devotion to sound, stillness, and community, this immersive experience invites you into a space where vibration becomes a gentle guide and the body is lovingly welcomed back into balance.
Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic frequencies, participants are "bathed" in sound to encourage deep rest, relaxation, presence, and inner connection. As layers of tension soften and the mind begins to settle, space is created for restoration, reflection, and renewal.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are.
